Founder's Story
Peribloom was founded to give women access to high-quality, affordable integrative care, targeting female whole-body health during perimenopause and midlife.
I’m Andrea — a former corporate executive turned perimenopause-certified entrepreneur. For nearly two decades, I operated in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. The work was exciting and fulfilling, but the constant travel, client dinners, and relentless "bias to action" gradually took a toll on my health.
Despite staying active and eating what I believed to be healthy, I faced persistent fatigue, metabolic red flags, and early signs of bone loss — all while appearing “healthy and fit” on the outside. I battled chronic neck and back pain, painful periods, and mood swings that left me feeling out of sync with myself. This awakening launched a deeper journey into holistic wellness.
As I entered my 40s, I realized that what once worked for me physically, mentally, and emotionally was no longer enough. Through years of personal experience and collaboration with both Western and Eastern practitioners, I developed a more integrated, compassionate approach to health. Holistic care is often expensive, hard to access, and filled with conflicting information. The industry is fragmented, with under-qualified providers and not enough trust. It took me years to find the right access and support for my needs and well-being.
My personal health journey inspired me to create Peribloom, a space that dispels myths and fears of perimenopause, and for women to reconnect with their bodies and approach midlife with curiosity, strength, and intention.
Many women ignore subclinical symptoms because they are told to. Yet, midlife should not cause a breakdown — it's your time to reclaim agency over your health, align with your natural rhythm, and live with energy, clarity, and calm. If you’ve been doing everything “right” and still don’t feel like yourself, you’re not alone. Join the Peribloom community and make this next chapter your strongest yet.
