Refund Policy
At Peribloom, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services and a positive client experience. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in our refund and cancellation policies.
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client-Initiated Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.

Coach-Initiated Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer the client the choice of a rescheduled session or a full refund.
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for prepaid, unused sessions that are cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

Used or partially used coaching sessions are non-refundable.

No refunds will be given for missed sessions (no-shows) without prior notice.
3. Package Deals

If a coaching package (e.g., 5 or 10-session bundles) was purchased at a discounted rate, any refund will be calculated based on the standard hourly rate for used sessions.

A processing fee of $150 may be deducted from any package refund to cover administrative costs.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Refunds or rescheduling outside this policy may be granted at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@peribloom.com with your name, session details, and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days if approved.
